I just started wearing vibrams 5 fingers 2 weeks ago and love them. That heel lift definitely makes a difference. I can see how the shoes business will shifting towards a "minimalist" idea for foot wear.

This was a very helpful article. My daughter has migraine headaches on a daily basis and all the doctors said was "take a motrin."

I'll buy the book. Thank you, Thomas.

I'm always surprised that more people don't kill themselves at the gym. I started using a trainer 5 years ago so that I could "look" better. That's when I found out that virtually everything I had been doing was hardly productive and sometimes counter productive.

Every year I get a tune up with a trainer to get more new and exciting exercises that are fine tuned for my age, body, and goals. And yes, I do avoid anyone in parachute pants.

This has made a major impact in my running. I was having painful knee issues, starting to feel pretty old. Now I roll out my thighs twice a day and the problem is solved. When I forget, I can really tell the difference.

I'm also using a tennis ball on my hip. It all hurts at first, but then it decreases and the overall result is totally worth it.
